With our partner company, The Cooper Group, Sensei Marketing was hired to design and build a customer development program to improve the customer experience of their top tier clients, drive greater loyalty and reduce churn. Now in our third year with this client, we continue to strategize and build on new elements to the program while we continue to host and manage all digital assets for the campaign.
MV-1 Canada is the official Canadian importer/distributor of the world’s first purpose-built vehicle for people with disabilities. Introducing a new vehicle in any marketplace is a difficult challenge. Introducing it to a country as physically large as Canada and with no brick ‘n mortar dealers established was near impossible but that was our challenge.
MV-1 Canada engaged Sensei Marketing’s full customer life cycle program to build a superior customer engagement strategy across all channels and customer touch points, from customer acquisition campaigns to customer development strategies through both B2C and B2B channels. Our team is currently managing influence marketing strategies, partner and affiliate sales programs, and digital engagements through Web and social media channels. To support the full customer experience, MV-1 Canada chose the Sensei CXM technology platform as the foundation for their CMS, CRM, customer order management system and channel support solution.
Ringling College of Art and Design is an accredited college offering Bachelor’s degree programs in 14 art majors from illustration to graphic design to motion design and digital imaging. As the premier art college in the US, it boasts a student population representing 44 US states and 53 foreign countries. Sensei is currently engaged to design, develop, and manage its proprietary customer life cycle marketing program to build engagement years before college applications are submitted and years after students graduate. As part of that strategy, Sensei is developing and managing a digital and social media strategy across the entire organization. Further, we are developing an influence marketing strategy to identify and engage people who have the greatest influence on enrollment and conversion.
LifeWIRE’s PaaS (Platform as a Service) is a proprietary, secure, cloud-based solution that facilitates a continuous, real-time connection and dialogue between patients, providers and peers. This growing software firm has contracted Sensei Marketing Inc. to manage its sales and marketing strategies in order to grow further within the healthcare industry and open new markets for it’s mobile-based software.
The Dayton RTA operates 29 transit routes throughout the greater Dayton region. It provides conveniently located transit centers and Park-n-Ride lots, as well as more than 50 token and pass sales outlets. With our design partners, The Powers Agency, Sensei has been contracted to provide customer experience consulting and development services to rebuild a responsive designed website that will improve the end-user experience. Thirty 750s, an on-premise winemaking establishment, sought a firm that would assist it formalize sales and marketing practices in order to drive up sales in advance of an expansion that would include the franchising of its popular concept. Sensei’s marketing consultants completed a rebrand of the business, developed a new website, restructured of the retailer’s product offering, and developed a new pricing structure and loyalty program. The results created an entirely new category in the on-premise winemaking industry, setting it apart from competitors and increased sales by 15%.
Working with Applebee’s and their creative agencies to development and manage customer development strategies through digital promotions such as the recent Thank You Movement program that encouraged Americans to share their gratitude to veterans and awarded the most “thankful neighborhood” with a Gavin DeGraw concert.
